Dr. Bryce Wilen, DDS,

is a dedicated dentist at Ivory Family Dentistry in Spearfish, South Dakota, where he practices within an oral-systemically focused, airway-centered model emphasizing prevention and whole-body wellness. Raised in the Black Hills in a hardworking local family, he brings strong values, humility, and compassion to every patient relationship. Dr. Bryce earned his bachelor’s degree from South Dakota State University, graduating Magna Cum Laude, and completed his Doctor of Dental Surgery at the University of Minnesota with honors. He has pursued extensive advanced training and has completed over 1,000 hours of continuing education. As a Tongue Tie Ambassador with The Breathe Institute, he remains committed to ongoing learning and interdisciplinary collaboration. His care philosophy is therapy-first and function-driven, prioritizing long-term, sustainable outcomes. Dr. Bryce is passionate about helping individuals and families achieve their oral health goals with confidence and peace of mind. Outside of dentistry, he enjoys spending time outdoors hiking, biking, hunting, and fishing, and making memories with his three sons, Stetson, Bauer, and Bridger.
