We strive to provide oral surgery in a painless and comfortable environment. Most of our oral surgery procedures are completed in office eliminating the need to travel or visit other offices. Dr. Bryce Wilen has spent a significant amount of time dedicated to training and continuing education to better take care of our patients.

We routinely place fillings to repair smaller cavities and small fractures of teeth. We offer tooth colored restorations and some silver fillings when indicated.

We work with local laboratories to create esthetic and natural appearing crowns (caps) to repair teeth damaged by fractures or cavities. A bridge can restore both the beauty of your smile or help you regain the ability to function, chew and speak after a tooth has been lost.

We work with an excellent team of surgeons to coordinate the placement of implants and complete the restoration to recreate a tooth or teeth. An implant helps us give you the look, feel and function of your natural tooth if it has been lost. We love implants for this; that they are the closest thing we have to a natural tooth in its look, feel, function and cleansability.

During your exam you will be screened for periodontal disease by your hygienist or doctor. Treating periodontal disease early is critical to maintaining your oral health as well as systemic health. Periodontal disease has been strongly linked to many other inflammatory diseases in the body and is one of the most common causes of preventable tooth loss. During this screening the sulcus or small pocket between your teeth and gums is gently measured. In a healthy mouth, this pocket is 3 mm or less and there is no bleeding. We strive to counsel our patients and change course with preventative measures before periodontal disease is active. This helps to minimize the negative effects and costs to you as a patient. If present our goal is to help you address the disease before it compromises your oral or overall health!

The goal of a root canal is to eliminate pain and infection and to maintain a natural tooth in your mouth that might otherwise be lost. A root canal is needed when the nerve of the tooth becomes infected or irreversibly inflamed due to things such as bacteria from a cavity or trauma to the tooth.

We love seeing kiddos and try hard to make our office a pleasant place to be. Our goal is to help your child maintain their primary (baby) teeth until they are naturally lost with the minimal amount of treatment to maximize their wellbeing through critical growth and development years. We have a strong emphasis on prevention to help you minimize the treatment and visits your child needs during their formative years to maintain a positive dental experience!

In some cases removable prostheses are the route to go in a compromised dentition. We offer traditional dentures and partial dentures. Dentures can be frustrating and difficult to adapt to. For those cases or patients who desire a replacement for teeth that function most closely to natural teeth, we have a strong relationship with local surgeons to coordinate implant placement and then fabricate implant retained or fixed dentures in our office. This option provides a much more stable denture improving your ability to enjoy life without compromise.
